Welcome to NotesKart Prints. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. 1. Acceptance of Terms By using our website or placing an order with NotesKart Prints, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. 2. Services NotesKart Prints provides printing and customization services, including but not limited to: Black & White Printing Color Printing Spiral Binding Document Printing Notes Printing Posters Stickers Personalized Gifts Photo Printing Business Printing Other customized printing services 3. Orders Orders are processed only after successful confirmation. Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are accurate and print-ready. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, formatting errors, image quality issues, or incorrect information present in customer-uploaded files. Once an order enters production, it cannot be modified or cancelled except at our discretion. 4. Pricing All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added during checkout where applicable. 5. Payment We accept secure online payments through authorized payment gateways and other approved payment methods available on our website. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available and selected. 6. Shipping & Delivery Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. NotesKart Prints is not liable for delays caused by courier partners. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. 7. Returns, Refunds & Replacement As all products are printed or customized according to customer specifications, orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. Replacement or refund may be provided only if: Wrong product is delivered. Product is damaged during transit. Printing defect is caused by NotesKart Prints. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. 8. Customer Responsibilities You agree that: Files uploaded belong to you or you have permission to print them. Uploaded content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, or applicable law. You will not upload illegal, offensive, obscene, defamatory, or prohibited material. 9. Intellectual Property All website content including logos, graphics, product designs, text, images, and branding are the intellectual property of NotesKart Prints unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. 10. Limitation of Liability NotesKart Prints shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential damages. Loss of profits or business. Customer errors in uploaded files. Delays caused by courier services or events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. 11. Cancellation Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Customized or printed products already in production cannot be cancelled. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy. 12. Privacy Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information to third parties. 13.
